II. Service tenet
Customer first
Yantai Haishan pursues the tenet of “Customer First”, all for
customer’s interests and always work hard through innovations in a
pioneering spirit to make value for customers.
III. Integrity, professional, efficient, fast
Yantai Haishan has built a complete and standard customer service
system. To offer personalized service and try to give customers
comprehensive and careful service so that enhance the approve and
confidence from customers.
IV. Service promise
When our products appear the following situation, we will perform
three guarantees:
1) Within 2 years after sold.
2) Whole machine or parts are not reach design performance or
reliability, safety device are not complete.
3) Manufacture of parts or whole machine are not reach precision
require.
4) Mechanical character of materials are not reach deign require.
5) Welding splitting, the machine is broken cause of quality.
The following items do not include in three guarantees: wrong
install by the user, parts broken cause wrong use and maintain. The
user still has the right to ask us to repair, but the user should
pay the change fee of parts and repair.
V. Service Guarantee
1). We have set up after sales services all around country, have a
complete service network, and enhance the ability of quick reply.
The place which inner the same province or have the after sales
service office, we can arrived within 12 hours, the other place we
can arrived within 24 hours. For the special situation we can
arrived with in 72 hours.
2). We have al kinds of technician, according to the users need; we
can offer all kinds of technician to the install place and offer
good timely service.
3). We can offer all kinds of spare parts, and post all the parts to
the users place timely.
4). We will pay a return visit to our users within one season. Get
the information from visit our users and solve all problems, adopt
correction and improve measure and make sure to offer good products
to our users.
VI. Technology Support
We will train technician of our clients in order to get correct
technology and offer the timely, quickly and best service.
1) All the clients who buy our products can be trained by our
company.
2) The clients send people to our company and we offer train.
3) The train period usually is 6 days.
4) Train content: products’ function, theory, structure, technical
parameters, install and test, operation, check and maintain.
5) Train materials is operation manual, and other materials are
arranged according to the users needs, we will try our best to meet
the users require.
6) After train we will have a test and issue the certificate, except
the failure.
7) The train company and people should make a record.
